Elliott graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His personal interest in biomechanics and athletic development led him to complete his research apprenticeship in Spine Biomechanics, and went on to graduate with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Ontario.

 

Elliott has worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation field in multiple settings. He has worked in a hospital setting, working along side emergency physicians and other health professionals assessing and implementing rehab programs for workplace injuries and concussions. In his private practice, he works with everyone from acute & chronic pain patients to individuals with neurological disorders.

 

Pursuing his interest in sports and athletic development, Elliott has worked with several national and world-record holding athletes and professional teams. During the 2018 season he worked with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL, and is currently the team chiropractor for the Kingston Frontenacs OHL Team, helping them to move, train and recover better all while avoiding injuries. 

He operates his clinical practice at Handley Chiropractic & Orthotics, and coaches at Fort Strength Performance Centre in Kingston, ON. Elliott will be available for online consults through ARME.

Dave graduated from the University of Waterloo obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours. He continued his education, obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

He has a brief research background of 4 years in the Spine Biomechanics Laboratory at UW and is a published author. He is pursuing his Masters of Science in the Bone Health and Exercise Lab at UW with Dr. Lora Giangregorio.

Dave is a former Strength and Conditioning Coach of over 8 years, specializing with hockey players including numerous OHL, NCAA, AHL and NHL athletes. His athletic career includes 3 years of junior hockey, and recreational powerlifting. 

He currently works clinically at an inpatient facility in Muskoka, ON, and coaches at The Movement HQ in Barrie, ON. Dave will be available for online consults through ARME.

CREDENTIALS

Michael Edgar is a chiropractic doctor, strength coach and competitive bodybuilder. He is currently pursuing his sports sciences fellowship through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences with a research focus on exercise as medicine and sarcopenia. Additionally, he is an instructor for anatomy and clinical diagnosis at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, as he has a strong interest in education.

 

Michael is the founder of Original Physiques, a coaching company focused on evidence-based approaches to nutrition and training for body composition and rehabilitative purposes. Original Physiques also aims to raise awareness and organize fundraisers for various local charities.

Michael will be attending the University of Illinois College of Medicine in his journey to becoming a physician. He will be available in a limited capacity for online consults through ARME.

Ben studied Kinesiology in the faculty of health sciences while at Ontario Tech. He is currently in his second year at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has a special interest in knowledge translation, sarcopenia and healthy aging, and persistent pain.

He has a long athletic background having played varsity ice hockey at both Colby College (NCAA) and Ontario Tech (USport), where he was an academic all-Canadian. He is a 4 time qualifier in the Ontario Provincials for weightlifting, and has coached national level athletes. He will be available for online consults through ARME in a limited capacity.
